Senior Manager of Funnel Performance & Optimization

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end consumer funnel performance (stages and business KPIs) across intent, access, prescription, fulfillment, onboarding, and sustained engagement.
- Identify and size the biggest drop-off points and friction; quantify consumer and business opportunity.
- Maintain a prioritized optimization agenda/roadmap based on expected impact, confidence, urgency, and effort.
- Translate opportunities into actionable briefs for Journey Design, Behavioral Science, CRM, App & Web, Membership, brand, access, and other execution teams (problem, target behavior, opportunity size, hypothesis, success measure).
- Lead the experimentation portfolio (conversion experiment backlog, prioritization, measurement, and readouts); partner to ensure rigorous, hypothesis-driven experiments.
- Mobilize cross-functional execution across funnel stages; clarify ownership/dependencies and escalate barriers.
- Connect demand quality to conversion by partnering with brand and Omnichannel teams.
- Measure impact vs. correlation where possible; capture learnings from all tests and reprioritize to highest-return opportunities.
- Provide performance visibility to CMES leadership (whatโs improving/declining, current opportunities, learnings, next actions).
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field; masterโs preferred.
- 6+ years in growth, conversion-rate optimization, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing with direct ownership of a funnel metric (activation/conversion/retention).
- Demonstrated track record improving conversion metrics.
- Hands-on experimentation experience (design, launch, read, and stop failing tests).
- Product/web analytics and experimentation platforms; comfortable with SQL or working through analysts.
- Experience prioritizing a funnel backlog using an opportunity-sizing model.
- Valued: multi-step funnels with third parties (payments, identity verification, insurance, prescriptions, onboarding).
- Pharmaceutical experience not required; relevant growth experience from consumer technology/fintech/digital health/marketplaces/subscription/insurance.
Physical Requirements:
- 20โ30% overnight travel; based out of Plainsboro, NJ HQ.
