Senior Manager, Medical Operations & Platform Management
International Engagement Operations Lead + GMA Operations Support
- Provide leadership support for the Executive Director, Global Medical Affairs, International Engagement in planning, executing, and communicating outside US (OUS) medical activities.
- Lead project management and operational support for the International Engagement business; establish operational objectives and timelines in consultation with leadership.
- Track actions and activities across International Engagement.
- Manage Medical Review Committee (MRC) submissions for OUS materials.
- Ensure accessibility of materials for internal and external partners.
- Coordinate Field Medical Affairsโ congress coverage.
- Manage vendor/contractor support for applicable administrative and operational needs.
- Develop timelines, milestones, and deliverables; assign responsibilities across internal leads and external vendors.
- Maintain and update operational processes, charters, and/or SOPs for compliance and efficiency.
- Manage systems and processes and drive enhancements for user experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage vendors and budgets for the International Engagement function.
- Create, maintain, and update dashboards to track key performance indicators and insights.
Platform Management: RNA Therapies
- Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of medical initiatives across GMA in collaboration with Medical Strategy.
- Partner with Medical Strategy and cross-functional teams to plan data disclosures; project manage development of internal/external materials.
- Coordinate internal communications and meetings (agendas, notes, action tracking, stakeholder alignment).
- Drive execution of key projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee resource allocation and ensure timely MRC submissions.
- Manage platform budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead vendor and contract management; ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
- Support governance processes for publications, PRC/MRC submissions, and external engagements.
- Provide input into GMA reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs Degree required; 7โ9 years of applicable business experience in clinical/health care, pharmaceutical industry, project management, or related field.
- Prior project management experience; ability to execute strategic plans.
- Knowledge of Medical Affairs preferred.

Travel/Work Location
- Ability to travel into the Cambridge office as needed.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed for OUS planning meetings.
