Position Summary
- Manage medical information and MLR activities for US/Canada inquiries from healthcare providers, patients, and others regarding Mirum products in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Serve as the medical reviewer on the Medical-Legal-Regulatory (MLR) review committee for one or more products.

Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Provide concise, accurate, non-promotional responses to medical information requests in a timely manner; ensure balanced, fair addressing of safety, efficacy, and tolerability.
- Manage US/Canadian medical information activities with the global medical information lead.
- Review promotional and non-promotional materials for scientific accuracy and consistency.
- Train call center specialists and conduct quality assessments of responses.
- Identify and capture adverse event information and product quality complaints.
- Track inquiry trends; report inquiry activity to VP of Medical Affairs and senior leadership.
- Coordinate updates to Standard Response Letters (SRLs) and develop customized response letters as needed.
- Support sales representative and medical affairs training as needed.
- Ensure responses comply with SOPs and global regulatory guidelines.
- Serve as a medical information resource at scientific meetings; staff the Medical Affairs booth when required.
- Maintain reference materials (SRL database, clinical library, and literature highlights) for Medical Affairs staff.

Qualifications
- MS, MPH, MSN, MA, or PharmD required with demonstrated expertise in Medical Information.
- 1–3+ years of Medical Information experience in biopharmaceutical industry; demonstrated management/leadership.
- Experience conducting medical review for promotional materials required.
- Knowledge of clinical and regulatory guidelines; compliance in medical affairs/commercial settings.
- Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate scientific/medical and commercial value.
- Travel up to 20%.
- Project management skills and follow-through.
- Proficient with Veeva, Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred
- Experience in hepatology or rare disease.
