Main Responsibilities
- Serve as media strategy lead for designated brand(s) and/or therapeutic area(s); partner with Brand, Analytics, Omnichannel, Digital, and agency teams.
- Translate brand objectives and audience/business context into strategic plans, tactical recommendations, and optimization opportunities.
- Lead media planning inputs (audience strategy, channel roles, tactical requirements, media asset needs, campaign priorities) and develop alignment materials.
- Oversee campaign execution across channels/workstreams to deliver against KPIs.
- Partner with agencies on launch readiness, trafficking/tagging needs, optimization timing, issue resolution, and performance management.
- Lead optimization discussions (audiences, channels, tactics, spend, sequencing, frequency) and review dashboards/reporting to diagnose drivers and recommend actions.
- Partner with Analytics for measurement interpretation, performance storytelling, and closed-loop optimization.
- Evolve consumer marketing capability: operationalize clean-room-enabled activation/measurement; support segmentation, activation, reporting enhancements; contribute to planning/performance forums.
- Manage media budgets (pacing, investment tracking, PO/invoice/accrual support, escalation) and agency scopes/deliverables; streamline workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years in media strategy/digital/media planning/performance marketing or related.
- Strong digital media experience (paid social, programmatic, online video, digital display, and/or other biddable channels).
- Strong Marketing Mix Modeling/measurement partner experience.
- Proficiency in planning/activation/audience targeting/trafficking-tagging/optimization; comfort with dashboards and performance data.
- Strong communication/influencing; ability to lead in matrix environments; agency management experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or highly regulated experience.
- Media agency experience; large-budget experience (pacing, reconciliation, accruals/billing).
- Clean room-enabled activation; first/third-party data; CDPs/DMPs; omnichannel measurement/privacy-safe marketing.
- Power BI/Tableau/Google Analytics (or similar); Consumer media experience (HCP/non-personal a plus).
- AI-enabled media, automation, test-and-learn, dynamic creative optimization.
- Highly matrixed multi-stakeholder experience.
