Responsibilities:
- Support execution/integration of professional promotion initiatives aligned to brand and launch objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional promotional planning/execution across marketing, omnichannel COE, training, sales, medical, market access, patient experience, and agency partners.
- Support development/deployment of promotional materials and field engagement resources.
- Manage promotional review/approval and material development timelines (MeRL) with agency and cross-functional teams.
- Support field activation planning, sales meeting readiness, and communications.
- Gather/synthesize field feedback to optimize customer engagement strategy and tactical effectiveness.
- Partner with sales leadership and training for promotional pull-through and readiness.
- Support congress planning and promotional integration; monitor milestones/deliverables/dependencies.
- Coordinate customer journey execution across personal and non-personal engagement channels.
- Ensure operational alignment across initiatives, customer engagement priorities, and launch plans; identify/address execution risks.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and key deliverables.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years relevant experience; 5+ years with an advanced degree; 3+ years with a PhD/equivalent. US in-line marketing and/or sales experience required.
- Oncology marketing experience highly preferred; prior accelerated approval experience preferred.
- Strategic/creative mindset; translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven brand performance and sales-force engagement/execution record.
- Technology-savvy; excellent verbal/written communication.
- Leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management (β€œone team” mentality).
- Emerging organization experience preferred; self-starter, proactive, solution-oriented; thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Domestic travel up to 25%.

Work arrangement: Flexibility to work away from office 20%–40% (approved; max 40% within 60 days).
