Responsibilities:
- Manage print production and fulfillment; oversee digital and print marketing asset lifecycle (roll-out readiness, printing/fulfillment coordination, expiry tracking, retirement).
- Support launch/roll-out planning for new or updated field assets (communications, distribution lists, inventory planning, stakeholder readiness).
- Own Speaker Bureau operations (vendor management, SOP development, FMV assessments, live/virtual speaker training coordination, program improvement).
- Coordinate marketing events (advisory boards, internal planning meetings, congress activities, customer engagements); maintain event calendars, workback schedules, trackers, planning documents, and status updates.
- Ensure events comply with company policies, compliance requirements, approved budgets, and established ways of working.
- Manage marketing budgets (planned/actual spend, purchase orders, accruals, invoices, budget updates); coordinate contracts (initiation, routing, status tracking, renewals, close-out) with Legal/Procurement/Finance.
- Act as liaison for Medical/Legal/Regulatory review meetings (agenda prioritization, follow-ups with agency partners, coordination with Commercial Ops and MLR Coordinator for marketing material review/approval).
- Institute marketing policies/procedures to promote consistency, compliance, operational excellence, and cross-functional adoption.
- Project-manage brand and tactical planning processes.
- Promote operational discipline, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years in marketing operations, marketing project management, congress/event operations, commercial operations, agency management, or related biotech/pharma role.
- Experience managing complex timelines, budgets, contracts, vendors, cross-functional stakeholders, and operational processes.
- Experience supporting congresses, advisory boards, marketing events, or customer engagement programs.
- Asset lifecycle management knowledge (digital/print production, fulfillment, version control, expiration management).
- Regulated-environment experience collaborating with Legal/Regulatory/Compliance/Medical/Commercial.
- Exceptional project management, organization, and follow-through.
- Strong attention to detail; commitment to quality/compliance.
- Collaborative, relationship-building and vendor-management skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to improve operations.

Work Location/Conditions:
- Remote within the United States; not considering applicants from AK, AZ, HI, MI, TN.
- Preference for New England candidates who can come on site as needed.
- Travel to Cambridge, MA several times/year and for other requested events.
- Remote work setup must support privacy and reliable internet/phone/video conferencing.

Compensation:
- Estimated pay range: $140,000–$164,000 USD.
