Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor for speaker bureau operations, logistics, and program execution.
- Communicate regularly with brand teams, reporting speaker program activity, spend, and objective achievement.
- Support peer-to-peer strategy (content creation and program development).
- Plan and develop annual speaker bureau training seminars; support Kiniksa staff training.
- Coordinate with IT and promotional material procurement suppliers on data interfaces and data management.
- Partner with Compliance to support transparency reporting, policy adherence, and exception handling.
- Manage promotional material review (content/design accuracy and regulatory/SOP consistency) and run review planning meetings.
- Drive efficiency/compliance with medical, legal, regulatory, marketing, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide training/support for the online promotional material review tool.
- Manage external stakeholders (e.g., contract PRC coordinator) and ensure required training and best practices.
- Manage Veeva integrations (PromoMats–CRM connections).
- Lead print/fulfillment and distribution of digital/print promotional materials (release, updates, expiry).
- Support day-to-day marketing operations including budget and contract management; assist with key meetings and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years in pharma/biotech, including 1+ year in Marketing Operations and/or project management.
- Strong project management; attention to detail.
- Experience managing external vendors and work orders.
- Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Vault (preferred).
- External speakers’ bureau experience (required).
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation/conflict skills, and written/verbal communication.
Pay Range: $175,000–$195,000 USD.
Onsite requirement: Lexington, MA office; onsite 5 days/week.
