Responsibilities:
- Serve as trusted insights advisor to U.S. Parkinson’s Disease leadership; leverage customer/patient/market and brand performance knowledge to identify opportunities and guide strategy for a new product launch.
- Design, implement, manage, analyze, and communicate market research and analytics initiatives; identify business questions, develop plans/methodologies, manage analytics partners, synthesize insights across data sources.
- Develop and deploy analytical solutions to support measurement of brand strategies/tactics at national and sub-national levels; support QBR/annual brand planning with fact-based recommendations.
- Lead sub-national performance diagnostics (accounts/physicians) to determine drivers of brand performance.
- Use advanced analytics/ML and syndicated/proprietary data to build reliable, valid, predictive models; translate findings into compelling narratives.
- Develop metrics/measurement frameworks for marketing, promotional, and customer engagement performance.
- Ensure research/analytics follow financial and ethical compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years in healthcare market research & analytics; Pharma/Biotech experience required.
- Strong analytical reasoning, business acumen, problem-solving; proven vendor/stakeholder management.
- Advanced experience with 3rd-party pharma data (e.g., IQVIA/SHS Sales & Claims Data) and specialty pharmacy data (preferred).
- Required: analytics/ML methods and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) plus Excel; hands-on ML a plus.
- Advanced communication/influencing; project management/prioritization; high motivation.
