Senior Manager, Market Access & Reimbursement

Role: Senior Manager of Market Access & Reimbursement leading U.S. reimbursement strategies for icobrain, focusing on payer engagement, coverage optimization, and patient access. Responsibilities: develop and execute payer account plans, influence coverage decisions, collaborate with Evidence Generation, Clinical, and Advocacy teams to support reimbursement pathways, and deliver educational initiatives on coding and reimbursement. Maintain expertise in CMS and regional policies, and lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment without direct authority. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Health Information Management or related field, CPC/CCS certification, 10+ years in U.S. healthcare/pharma, with 5+ years in market access and reimbursement, deep knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and CMS guidelines. Preferred: Experience with imaging, diagnostics, payer relationships, and educational content creation.
