Senior Manager, Market Access & Reimbursement

Role: Senior Manager, Market Access & Reimbursement for U.S. efforts supporting icobrain, focusing on developing strategies to secure payer coverage and optimize reimbursement pathways. Responsibilities: lead reimbursement strategy, engage payers and stakeholders, develop educational resources, ensure compliance with coding and policy standards, and influence cross-functional teams to improve patient access. Requirements: bachelor’s in Health Information Management or related field; CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification; 10+ years in U.S. healthcare/pharma/medtech; at least 5 years in market access with deep reimbursement expertise; strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, CMS guidelines. Preferred: experience with payer organizations, imaging/diagnostics, EHR systems, and creating educational content. High-value: extensive reimbursement experience, payer engagement, coding expertise, and strategic leadership in health tech or diagnostics. Work setup: U.S.-based, no relocation, with a focus on influencing payers and internal teams to enhance patient access.
