Senior Manager, Market Access & Reimbursement

Role: Senior Manager, Market Access & Reimbursement, leading U.S. reimbursement strategies for icobrain to secure and expand payer coverage and patient access. Responsibilities: develop and execute payer engagement plans, influence coverage decisions, collaborate with Evidence Generation, Clinical, HEOR, Advocacy, and Field teams to deliver value propositions, clinical evidence, and educational materials; maintain expertise in CMS and MAC policies; lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Health Information Management or related; CPC, CCS or equivalent; 10+ years in U.S. healthcare/pharma/medical device industry; 5+ years in market access with deep reimbursement knowledge; strong familiarity with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, CMS guidelines; proven reimbursement strategy leadership. High-Value: U.S. healthcare, medical devices/biotech, market access, reimbursement, payer engagement, imaging or diagnostics experience preferred.
