Senior Manager, Learning & Development

Role: Senior Manager, Learning & Development in biopharma, supporting launch readiness for Immatics' PRAME-directed TCR T-cell therapy pipeline. Responsibilities: design and implement onboarding, training, and capability development programs for commercial teams; develop curricula on disease states, product knowledge, and pipeline updates; ensure compliance with regulatory standards; leverage digital learning platforms; measure training effectiveness; collaborate with cross-functional partners including Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory; manage vendor relationships. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years in pharma, biotech, or therapeutics; 4+ years in commercial training, learning and development, or sales enablement; experience in cell or gene therapies, especially TCR T-cell therapies; expertise in launching new products and creating certification programs; strong digital learning skills. Preferred: advanced degree, oncology experience, familiarity with treatment center onboarding and market access, and knowledge of learning analytics.
