Senior Manager, Learning & Development

Role: Senior Manager, Learning & Development at Immatics, responsible for designing and implementing the commercial training strategy for upcoming PRAME-targeted TCR T-cell therapy launch. Core responsibilities: develop onboarding, field readiness, certification, and ongoing capability programs; partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and HR teams; establish training infrastructure, metrics, and content; support product launch preparation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 7+ years in pharma, biotech, or related healthcare sectors; 4+ years in commercial training, learning, or sales enablement; experience with cell or adoptive cell therapies, especially TCR T-cell platforms; proven ability to develop and deliver training programs for customer-facing teams. Preferred: advanced degree; oncology experience; familiarity with market access and treatment center onboarding; expertise in digital learning platforms and analytics; experience supporting early-stage biotech launches.
