The Senior Manager serves as a strategic cross-functional leader focused on Migraine Prevention, championing innovative marketing strategies and communications while maintaining a portfolio mindset aligned to broader brand, therapeutic area, and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic development and execution of Migraine Prevention marketing initiatives, integrated with the overall migraine portfolio direction.
- Analyze data (market research, performance dashboards, Veeva reports, etc.) to generate actionable insights and inform portfolio strategy alignment.
- Collaborate and co-create with cross-functional stakeholders (Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Public Affairs, Health Economics, Patient Relations, Business Insights, OEC, Global Learning) and area/affiliate teams.
- Influence without authority in a matrix setting to align tactics with strategic imperatives and resource allocation.
- Drive brand differentiation and continuous execution by proactively communicating key initiatives and aligning stakeholders.
- Serve as a central connection between affiliates to facilitate knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange across regions.
- Manage external relationships (vendors, agencies, Key Opinion Leaders) to maximize impact and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
- Proven track record developing and executing brand strategies (ideally in a portfolio setting).
- Success leading in cross-functional/matrix environments with strong influencing abilities.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
- Prior migraine marketing or therapeutic area experience is an asset.
- Able and willing to travel internationally as required.
