Role Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic input to clinical trial designs (patient populations, comparators, endpoints) and analysis plans to support negotiations, reimbursement, and patient access with global payers and regulators.
- Develop and execute clinical outcomes assessment strategy; incorporate humanistic and economic endpoints across all phases.
- Contribute to the Value & Evidence Strategy (VES) with cross-functional and local teams.
- Lead global HEOR studies (e.g., network meta-analyses, non-interventional studies, economic models) from concept through publication.
- Lead timely development of reimbursement deliverables with regions/countries.
- Disseminate HEOR materials to internal and external stakeholders.
- Build external partnerships/collaborations with experts, policy makers, payers, and oncology settings.
- Comply with Pfizer SOPs.

Qualifications:
- MSc/MPH in HEOR-relevant field; PhD/DrPH/ScD/PharmD preferred.
- Experience: PhD/DrPH/ScD/PharmD (min 1 year); MS/MPH (min 5 years); Bachelor’s (min 6 years desirable) in early development, clinical trials, PROs, and real-world study design/implementation.
- Strong health services research understanding (health economics, PROs, study design, database analyses, epidemiology, statistics) and knowledge of healthcare/pharma market trends.
- Manage multiple complex projects with budgets and shifting priorities; strong matrix/influence skills.
- Excellent written and oral English; project management (contracting, budgeting, vendor management).

Preferred:
- Oncology/solid tumor experience.
- Real-world data experience and publication track record.
- Knowledge of global HTA requirements/organizations (e.g., NICE, GBA, HAS, CDA, PBAC, ICER) and access stakeholders.
