Senior Manager, HR Business Partner

Role: Senior Manager, HR Business Partner supporting Regeneron's R&D (Research & Preclinical Development), mainly Engineering and technical teams. Responsibilities: partner with HR leadership to develop and execute HR strategies, support talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and change initiatives; collaborate with cross-functional HR teams and managers to address team needs and foster high-performance culture. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferably in a scientific or HR field); 8+ years of HR experience, ideally within pharma/biopharma/biotech; strong relationship-building, influencing, and employee relations skills; experience with data-driven solutions, project management, and navigating ambiguity.
