Join Gilead’s HIV Franchise Marketing team to support development of personal promotional content for Community Liaison (CL) field teams. Build and execute community marketing initiatives that support Gilead’s HIV portfolio, providing CL teams compliant, high-quality resources. Translate brand strategy into field-ready materials; create promotional tools; support Plan of Action (POA) development; prioritize efforts across multiple therapies. Work with Sales, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Analytics; partner with external agencies; ensure rigorous approvals and regulatory/legal compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead AHCP (Allied Healthcare Professional) personal and non-personal promotional brand strategy aligned to prioritization and brand campaigns.
- Build, execute, and sustain the CL field team POA for HIV Treatment/Prevention portfolio; develop prioritization for 5 HIV therapies.
- Drive execution via external agencies, internal cross-functional partners, and field CL teams; measure initiative success.
- Implement product promotional communication strategy for AHCP promotions; ensure alignment to brand strategy.
- Assist with personal and non-personal promotion tactics to drive brand/franchise preference.
- Support unbranded disease education for congresses, events, local/regional marketing, and CL teams.
- Secure approvals through internal review; manage production.
- Provide tactical/strategic input for promotional campaigns, omnichannel executions, and unbranded disease education.
- Establish KPIs; track and measure performance; manage non-personal promotions budget and timelines.
- Support internal CL team meetings; ensure regulatory/legal compliance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s + 8 years’ experience OR Master’s + 6 years OR Ph.D.
Preferred Qualifications (highlights):
- 8+ years pharmaceutical/biotech marketing progression; successful marketing track record.
- Leverages market insights (research, advisory boards, field input).
- Experience with marketing strategy, sales, and regulatory policies/practices.
- Strong communication skills; knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with external agencies and managing budgets.
