Role: Lead Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) projects for Neurocrine Biosciences, focusing on generating disease-specific evidence to inform commercial strategy, value assessment, and market access. Responsibilities: design and implement HEOR studies, develop evidence to support product or disease understanding, collaborate with development and brand teams, oversee vendor management, and contribute to departmental goals and policies. Qualifications: MS/MPH/PhD/PharmD in Health Outcomes, Health Economics, or related field, with 4-6+ years of industry experience; prior managerial experience required. Skills: strong data analysis (claims analysis, economic modeling), project management, publication writing, and proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SAS). High-Value specifics: focus on neurological, psychiatric, endocrine, or immunological disorders; involved in late-phase clinical development; cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs and Brand teams; and experience with claims data, economic modeling, and health outcomes research.
