Position Summary
- Senior Manager, Global Timekeeping Product Design: translate the Global Timekeeping product roadmap into designed, implemented, and continuously optimized global processes and system capabilities for accurate time capture, labor distribution, and pay rule interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable & execute the Global Timekeeping Product Design roadmap (partner with the Global Timekeeping Product Strategist; design time capture, absence, schedule management, and pay rule configuration).
- Lead end-to-end timekeeping process design and standardization (analyze global workflows; design scalable time entry/approval aligned to FLSA/EU Working Time Directive and local requirements; develop global pay rule/work schedule/time calculation/absence configuration standards).
- Drive automation with payroll (automate time data flows to Workday Payroll/ADP GlobalView-Celergo; design validation rules and real-time error resolution for touchless, exception-based processing).
- Ensure compliance & internal controls (SOX/internal audit-ready controls; translate evolving labor laws; maintain documentation for audits).
- Champion employee/manager experience (use UX research; reduce clicks/redundant steps; design intuitive self-service; partner to drive adoption).
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Payroll Ops, People Technology, Finance, Legal, vendors).
- Leverage data & analytics (define KPIs; build dashboards; drive continuous improvement).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree OR 7+ years equivalent.
- 7+ years hands-on timekeeping/workforce management or time-and-attendance process design (global/multi-country).
- Strong understanding of time-to-payroll data flow (time calc, pay code mapping, labor distribution, PECI/time extract, exceptions).
- Proven ability to translate labor laws/pay rules (FLSA, EU Working Time Directive, overtime, meal/rest breaks, shift differentials) into scalable designs.
- UX/product design thinking for HR/enterprise tech.
- Process simulation; SOPs/blueprint documentation.
- Strong project management; clear written/verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Time Tracking configuration (incl. Workday Payroll/PECI integrations).
- Experience with Workday Time Tracking or UKG/Kronos Workforce Central/Dimensions.
- Scheduling optimization (demand-driven scheduling, fatigue rules).
- Lean Six Sigma (or similar).
Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Tampa, FL: $134,560β$163,049; may be eligible for discretionary incentives (cash/stock).
- Benefits may include medical/dental/vision/life/disability, retirement/financial protection; U.S. exempt FTO + 11 holidays; additional eligibility varies.
