Responsibilities:
- Define capability vision/outcomes and own Campaign Planning & Automation product strategy and roadmap.
- Translate business needs into measurable success metrics; sequence enhancements (planning, automation/journeys, templates/content enablement, segmentation/audience management, Marketing CRM across SFMC and related tools).
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Activation Leads; align requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive omnichannel engagement by governing interaction strategies, activating data-driven journeys, and optimizing decision rules/next best actions.
- Use user insights/engagement data; support discovery/feasibility validation.
- Deliver scalable/reusable capabilities; monitor adoption and outcome KPIs; manage PRDs/user stories/discovery artifacts and sprint planning.
Required/Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelorβs degree in business/technology/marketing/science (or related).
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
- Digital product management/product ownership; experience managing product roadmaps in cross-functional teams.
- Strong marketing automation & campaign planning knowledge (e.g., SFMC) and omnichannel data/analytics; familiarity with marketing CRM.
- Knowledge of segmentation/targeting, consent & preference management, and marketing CRM governance.
- Agile capability development experience; Jira/Confluence (or similar).
- Preferred: MBA or graduate degree; experience in product operating models; rare disease/specialty brands.
- 20β30% travel.
