Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute medical strategy and engagement with appropriately identified customers within an assigned territory, coordinating compliantly with cross-functional Pfizer colleagues.
- Maintain high scientific/therapeutic area knowledge (disease states, standards of care, emerging data, Pfizer medicines) to support meaningful scientific exchange.
- Provide truthful, balanced, accurate, scientifically supported information to unsolicited HCP requests in compliance with Pfizer policies/SOPs/regulatory requirements.
- Share medical information and externally derived customer insights with internal partners to inform medical strategy, content development, and execution.
- Identify and explore gaps between evidence-based standards and real-world practice; engage customers to understand contributing factors and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Medical Information, and Field Medical peers to ensure alignment.
- Deliver scientific communication/presentations (live/virtual/written, one-to-one or group) and optimize patient centricity (health literacy/cultural awareness).
- Deliver approved medical content; identify/prioritize customer segments; field/manage inbound medical inquiries via triage with timely follow-up.
- Support clinical trials and Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR) lifecycle; cultivate expertise via literature review, congress attendance, and external experts.
- Participate in committees/initiatives; represent Medical Affairs professionally; complete required trainings.

Basic Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific degree required (e.g., PharmD, PhD, DNP, or equivalent).
- 1+ years relevant experience in clinical practice, clinical research, health services research, or medical affairs with increasing responsibility.
- Experience engaging HCPs in independent scientific exchange/medical decision-making.
- Excellent oral/written/presentation skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote field environment.
- Comfort in a matrix and cross-functional work; adaptability; strong problem-solving.
- Proficiency with digital tools for engagement/documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Field Medical or Medical Affairs experience.
- Familiarity with industry regulations/codes/guidelines for interactions with HCPs.

Non-standard Work/Travel:
- Travel 50–80%; operate Pfizer company car; valid US driver’s license (no impaired driving citations in past 7 years).
