Position Summary:
Senior Manager, Denver Operations & Supply Chain accountable for performance, reliability, and scalability of Denver site operations. Leads customer service, planning, purchasing, supplier execution, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, and fulfillment.
Core Accountabilities:
- Own end-to-end site operational performance (OTD, backlog, inventory health, supplier reliability, execution stability).
- Establish disciplined operating cadence linking daily execution to continuous improvement.
- Own site planning/replenishment (replenishment accuracy, lead time adherence, backlog reduction, stock availability; translate demand into executable supply/inventory plans).
- Own inventory performance (accuracy, turns, stockouts, excess/obsolescence reduction; inventory controls/cycle counts).
- Own supplier performance (on-time delivery, lead time reliability; escalation/corrective action; purchasing aligned to reliability and inventory strategy).
- Own warehouse & logistics execution (receiving timeliness, pick/pack accuracy, throughput, compliance; improve material flow/standard work; ensure relabeling/handling/shipping meet quality & regulatory requirements).
- Define/manage KPIs (OTD, supplier OTD, inventory accuracy, turns, stockouts, backlog, lead time) with visual reporting; lead continuous improvement.
- Build and lead high-accountability teams across customer service, planning, purchasing, inventory, and warehouse operations.
Education & Experience (Required unless noted):
- Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years operations/supply chain leadership; 5+ years leading complex, execution-heavy teams.
- Track record building processes and stabilizing operations.
- Lean / continuous improvement experience required.
- Strong ERP, data, and operational problem-solving skills.
- Buy/sell, distribution, or life sciences experience strongly preferred.
