Job Title: Senior Manager, Deliver BU Integration IBP
Job Duties:
- Support the evolution of IBP maturity for Deliver associated activities (process and capability perspectives).
- Enhance business unit integration for distribution centers’ capacity planning and cost analysis opportunities/impacts.
- Lead the NPI distribution readiness process for global led initiatives; drive process standardization across operations and functions within Deliver and integration with business unit LEX.
- Lead execution of the IBP process within MedTech Global Distribution Hubs; drive standardization and improvements as the process evolves from S&OP to IBP.
- Track process maturity in MedTech SC Deliver in coordination with the MedTech SC Center IBP team.
- Coordinate inputs across business units to support monthly distribution IBP review preparations and present an integrated business plan view for global hubs and combinations.
- Integrate process outputs into business units’ E2E IBP process; align inputs, outputs, constraints, and capacity/cost/service tradeoffs.
- Execute improvement opportunities to capture E2E value and optimize operations and asset utilization.
- Increase IBP maturity across all global hubs and standardize processes across sites.
- Serve as a benchmark for process reapplication to regional distribution centers globally.
- Implement process quality metrics to assess accuracy and variability.
- Lead action plans to improve opportunity identification.
- Lead process standardization and business unit integration for NPI Deliver readiness processes for successful launches and visibility on portfolio evolution and capacity planning.
- Design and implement visibility/automation tools to track adherence, performance, and deviations vs. plan (cost/capacity/service).
May telecommute per company policy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Manager, Deliver BU Integration IBP-related occupation.
