Responsibilities:
- Segment audiences by lifecycle stage; tailor messaging to colleagues’ AI journey and WIIFM.
- Build divisional/cultural understanding; adapt messaging with local communicators.
- Own competitive framing vs. alternatives; test messaging with colleagues and maintain a current message library.
- Set channel/audience strategy for launches; own content end-to-end through send.
- Write end-to-end go-to-market plans (pillars, channel mix, sequencing, assets, dates) and define adoption targets.
- Run pre-launch demand (early access cohorts, waitlists, teasers) and sequence launches with training/community leads.
- Conduct post-launch reviews and iterate the reusable launch approach.
- Own top-of-funnel through first use; fix drop-off points and build always-on demand layers.
- Establish reusable launch playbook, enable stakeholders/champions, and support adoption via standards and governance.
- Partner with product/experience teams; feed user insights back to platform teams.
- Define ethical/responsible AI messaging guidance with Legal/Compliance; integrate into training/community.
- Own compliance review checkpoint for messaging.
- Write/design/produce core campaign assets; not an agency-only role.
- Set campaign metrics targets and tie them to 30-day active use and the Sean Ellis test.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications/Digital Media (or related).
- 6–8+ years product/digital/brand marketing; creative portfolio; product marketing for software/SaaS/platform.
- Experience with top-of-funnel conversion, full end-to-end launches, messaging architecture, reusable standards/frameworks.
- Ability to translate technical/AI capabilities into persona-specific business benefits.
- Hands-on creation of assets; define launch tiers; cross-functional launch orchestration.
- Daily hands-on AI tool usage; partner with Legal/Compliance in regulated environments.
- Comfortable linking engagement/sign-ups to adoption/retention.

Preferred:
- Consumer tech/B2B SaaS/creative agency; AI product positioning; enterprise collaboration engagement (Teams/Slack/Viva Engage).

Benefits:
- Annual base salary range $124,400–$207,400 (Tampa: $111,900–$186,500); eligible for performance plan bonus (17.5%) and long-term incentives; 401(k) with matching, retirement contribution, paid time off, caregiver/parental and medical leave, and medical/dental/vision.
