Responsibilities:
- Segment internal AI platform messaging by lifecycle stage; adapt for divisional/cultural differences and ground WIIFM in real workday outcomes.
- Own competitive positioning and message testing; maintain current message library as platforms change.
- Lead end-to-end internal GTM/launch: channel/audience strategy, go-to-market plans, pre-launch demand (waitlists/cohorts/teasers), launch sequencing with training/community leads, and post-launch reviews tied to adoption.
- Own top-of-funnel to first use and build always-on demand between launches (surface placements, internal search/intranet, platform site).
- Establish reusable launch playbook and govern messaging standards; enable stakeholders/champions; support change communications.
- Partner with Experience Architecture/Product to keep messaging grounded; feed user insights/friction to product teams.
- Define and socialize ethical/responsible AI messaging guidance with training/community; ensure legal/compliance/regulatory checkpoints for platform communications.
- Write/design/produce campaign assets; create launch copy, visuals, and short-form video on real production cadence.
- Set campaign targets and connect metrics to 30-day active use and the Sean Ellis test.

Qualifications (Basic):
- BA/BS in Marketing/Comms/Digital Media (or related).
- 6–8+ years product/digital/brand marketing; strong portfolio.
- Experience with awareness-to-first-use funnel diagnosis; end-to-end launches.
- Messaging architecture, messaging standards/playbooks, technical-to-persona translation.
- Hands-on asset production; cross-functional launch orchestration.
- Daily hands-on AI tool use; legal/compliance/regulatory review experience (regulated industry preferred).
- Comfort tying engagement metrics to adoption/retention.

Preferred:
- Consumer tech/B2B SaaS/agency experience; AI product positioning; creative/video tooling.
- Collaboration tool engagement (Teams/Slack/Viva Engage); learning/community sequencing.
- Responsible AI guidance development; message testing/user research/win-loss interviews.

Work location: Hybrid.
Comp/benefits: Base salary $124,400–$207,400 (Tampa: $111,900–$186,500); bonus target 17.5% and eligible long-term incentives; 401(k) match, paid time off, caregiver/parental and medical leave, and medical/dental/vision coverage.
