Responsibilities:
- Establish standards/frameworks for adoption measurement and behavioral analytics; share insights across business units.
- Define and own engagement baselines; track success metrics: active real-work use in last 30 days and “very disappointed” score (Sean Ellis test); set quarterly targets.
- Define adoption telemetry and behavioral metrics (depth, feature breadth, retention); identify friction/dropping points step-by-step.
- Diagnose root causes of missed metrics (workflow fit, comprehension, motivation/awareness, structural barriers) and route recommendations to the right function; trigger root-cause reviews when targets miss.
- Measure readiness vs vanity completion (module completion vs “actually ready”; channel join vs “actually engaged”); ensure skills/behaviors persist over time.
- Partner cross-functionally (community, learning, communications) to build shared measurement; measure value delivery (time saved, error/rework reduction, quality, satisfaction) and feed value into reporting.
- Provide targeted re-engagement insights using real-time usage data.
- Pair quantitative and qualitative inputs; translate adoption to ROI for executives.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Data Science/Analytics/Business/Marketing (or related).
- 6–8+ years in product analytics, digital telemetry, or growth analytics.
- Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) and analytics platforms.
- Experience setting KPI targets/dashboards; hypothesis-test-and-scale approach.
- Strong data storytelling; root-cause diagnosis and cross-functional influence.
- Experience with activation funnels/adoption metrics; retention cohorts/PMF/Sean Ellis-style testing.
- Define and measure value outcomes (time saved, error reduction, satisfaction, quality).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with product management/learning/marketing in growth environments.
- ONA/workplace analytics; enterprise telemetry/API integrations.
- Regulated enterprise (pharma/healthcare).
