Senior Marketing Manager, Consumer Marketing

Key Responsibilities
- Lead creation of consumer marketing assets (Patient Ambassador stories and program materials), including development, review, and approval aligned with brand positioning, messaging, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (medical affairs, clinical, regulatory, market research) to ensure scientific accuracy and brand consistency using patient-friendly language.
- Manage content lifecycle from concept to final approval to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Ensure content adheres to FDA regulations, industry standards, and company guidelines.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies for future assets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Represent at select Ambassador training and live patient events (~10% travel).
- Oversee Patient Ambassador onboarding and training.

Qualifications and Skills
- Self-motivated, independent thinker; proven ability to develop high-quality marketing materials.
- Strong project management; ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to translate clinical data for patients.
- Cross-functional experience aligning internal/external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail; accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- In office 3 days/week (Conshohocken, PA or Waltham, MA); travel ~10%.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years biopharmaceutical consumer marketing or agency experience (required).
- Experience with cross-functional teams incl. medical, legal, and regulatory.
- Digital marketing/video/multimedia content development is a plus.

Compensation/Benefits
- Base salary range: $159,000–$194,000 per year.
