Senior Manager, Compensation

Role: Senior Manager, Compensation at a global biopharma focused on rare neuroendocrine diseases, leading strategy, design, and administration of compensation programs. Responsibilities: oversee global market benchmarking, partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on job evaluations, maintain salary structures and frameworks, develop communication and training materials, manage annual compensation cycles including merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and equity grants, and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; 6+ years of total rewards experience with at least 3 years in Compensation; preferably with biopharma industry experience; proficiency in analytics, Microsoft Office, and systems like ADP, Etrade, Pave. Preferred: experience managing global compensation programs and in-depth industry knowledge.
