Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of capability-building strategies aligned to TTR Franchise business priorities, driving measurable field performance outcomes.
- Translate business goals into targeted learning strategies across the customer journey.
- Partner with Commercial Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Patient Services, Operations) to identify performance gaps and define capability needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor on field execution, capability development, and training strategy.
- Design and deliver high-impact learning (live, virtual, digital) focused on application, practice, and behavior change.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and reduce time out of territory while maximizing impact.
- Manage new hire onboarding and continuous learning programs to ensure readiness and sustained performance.
- Build just-in-time learning approaches.
- Operationalize the Field Trainer model (facilitation, coaching, in-field execution).
- Provide guidance and tools for consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Use data/insights/field feedback to assess gaps, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Track and report KPIs showing impact on behavior and business outcomes.
- Design/deploy compliant, clinically accurate learning materials.
- Manage the CRB submission process.
- Apply innovative learning tech (simulations, AI-enabled tools, digital platforms).
- Manage multiple learning initiatives; support NSM, POA meetings, and other field engagements.
- Manage vendor relationships and deliverables; ensure cost-effective quality.
- Ensure training aligns with commercial strategy, sales operations, and field tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years Pharmaceutical Industry experience; commercial field sales experience preferred.
- 2+ years training experience in HQ role or as a field trainer preferred.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable capability plans.
- Experience supporting product launches/complex therapeutic areas/specialty markets preferred.
- Ability to translate clinical data into learning experiences.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Strong executive presence; facilitation and strategic discussion skills.
- Experience using performance metrics to measure capability gaps and training impact.
- Strong adult learning + instructional design background (digital/virtual/just-in-time).
- Innovative learning solutions experience preferred.
- Excellent project management; can manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication (written/verbal, presentation/facilitation).
- Build trusted relationships across all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom).
- Travel up to 20%.
