Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics, HIV Prevention Integrated Insights (Foster City, CA)
Responsibilities
- Manage tasks/activities and contractors supporting the HIV Prevention business unit.
- Support development of data-based insights to inform brand, franchise, and business unit strategy/execution.
- Develop and report performance KPIs to understand brand performance and opportunities.
- Collaborate with brand marketing leadership on annual brand business analytics plans and BPOA (Brand Plan of Action) insights.
- Conduct analytics for business issues (HCP/patient segmentation, customer journey, treatment flow, sampling strategy).
- Design/implement HQ-facing dashboards and reports; provide performance diagnostics.
- Evaluate new secondary data sources and analytics methodologies.
- Consolidate multi-source insights into actionable brand opportunities; lead business case development.
- Integrate analytics into Tactic Measurement and Marketing Mix to inform Forecasting; identify opportunities for new capabilities and AI.
- Lead quarterly functional reviews with stakeholders; serve as cross-functional subject matter expert.
- Manage relationships with marketing and commercial operations stakeholders; manage external consulting resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong commercial analytics and project management experience.
- Pharmaceutical/consumer data analytics experience.
- HIV/virology therapy foundation; experience with provider-administered (e.g., buy-and-bill) products desired.
- MBA or Master’s preferred (healthcare/general management/analytics/data sciences).
- Strategic guidance from multi-source insights; strong marketing/business acumen and communication.
- Storytelling/data visualization; secondary data analysis (e.g., IMS, WK, IPSOS).
- Software: MS Excel, Tableau, MS Word, PowerPoint.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s + 8 years OR Master’s + 6 years OR PhD.

Compensation/Benefits
- Salary range: $169,320.00 - $219,120.00; may include discretionary bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
