Role: Senior Manager, Copay and eCopay Programs, overseeing patient affordability initiatives for Alkermes' CNS portfolio. Responsibilities: execute and optimize copay/eCopay strategies, manage vendor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance patient access and experience; lead program design for launches and lifecycle management; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Market Access, Legal, and Compliance; monitor industry trends and develop KPIs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), 5+ years in pharmaceutical patient support or copay programs, vendor management experience, strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, and data-driven decision skills. Preferred: experience with specialty pharmacy, digital health tools, and product launches.
