Responsibilities:
- Lead teams to create comprehensive development plans, including alternatives and scenario planning with other functional areas.
- Partner with research, clinical, and finance to refine and build integrated program strategy.
- Conduct competitive landscape analyses to inform business development priorities and decision-making.
- Attend business and scientific conferences to meet prospective partners and track industry trends.
- Develop business development communication materials and present corporate/program details to collaborators.
- Identify out-licensing and strategic partnering opportunities; assess external candidates and platforms for potential in-licensing.
- Oversee existing or new partnership alliances and participate in related governance committees.
- Maintain familiarity with partnership agreements to ensure contractual obligations, steering committee mandates, and milestone triggers are met.
- Serve as primary point of contact for external partners; monitor partnership health, identify friction, and facilitate conflict resolution.

Product Planning:
- Maintain understanding of key therapies/research approaches for oncology, autoimmune, and infectious disease pipeline.
- Monitor competitor clinical disclosures and synthesize intelligence from scientific meetings; recommend impacts on the pipeline.
- Formulate Target Product Profiles (TPPs) and drive commercially meaningful, differentiated candidates early.
- Conduct primary/secondary market research on unmet medical needs and advise on novel oncology mechanisms (e.g., T-cell engagers, ADCs, combinations, I-O assets) and adoption impacts.
- Present synthesized market research and recommendations to guide current/future pipeline programs.
- Deliver presentations to senior management; influence clinical, research, and finance stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; B.S. in biology or related discipline required.
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD) highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in biotech/pharma/healthcare consulting with exposure to product planning, alliance management and/or program management.

Skills/Abilities:
- Familiarity with antibody-based therapeutics; understanding of drug discovery/development.
- Proven scientific acumen, communication skills, and analytical mindset.
- Ability to evaluate oncology clinical trial data independently.
- Experience managing multiple projects across multi-disciplinary teams; knowledge of integrated timelines and stage-gate processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills; experience leading cross-functional teams and working with executives/external partners.

Preferred:
- MBA or graduate science degree; oncology or immunology experience.
