Position Overview
The Peer-to-Peer and Congress Marketing Lead will drive the strategy and execution of HCP engagement initiatives, including peer-to-peer (P2P) programs and congress presence, in support of the U.S. launch of varegacestat.

Responsibilities
Peer-to-Peer Strategy and Execution:
- Lead development and execution of P2P strategy aligned to brand objectives and launch priorities.
- Design and manage speaker bureau programs (content development, speaker training, performance tracking) in partnership with the sales team.
- Identify and execute P2P education opportunities (e.g., product theaters, satellite programs).
- Own end-to-end execution of advisory boards (objective setting, logistics, content development, stakeholder alignment, synthesis of actionable insights).
- Implement/manage third-party programs and external engagements to gather HCP insights and inform brand strategy.
- Develop HCP-facing derivative materials for in-office and local program delivery.
Congress Strategy and Execution:
- Own end-to-end congress strategy for key national and regional meetings.
- Lead corporate booth strategy, design, and content for major medical congresses aligned to corporate and brand objectives.
- Develop field-facing congress tools and materials for sales-led regional/local conferences.
- Establish/cultivate partnerships with key national societies to enhance presence and brand awareness.
- Drive integrated pre-, during-, and post-congress engagement strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, MBA) preferred.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare marketing experience (oncology preferred).
- Oncology launch experience required.
- Proven track record in speaker bureau management, P2P/advisory board execution, and congress planning.
- Strong understanding of MLR/PRC processes, claims substantiation, and OPDP regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced biotech environment.
- Travel β‰₯30%, including occasional weekends.

Knowledge and Skills
- Deep understanding of HCP engagement (live, virtual, hybrid).
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills using market research and performance data.
- Strong project management; manage multiple workstreams and launch-critical deadlines.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing agencies/vendors, budgets, and complex project plans.

Compensation (Washington State)
- Senior Manager: $174,757–$218,717
- Associate Director: $185,400–$232,037
