Responsibilities: build relationships with care teams and patients, provide disease state and genetic testing education, deliver in-person or virtual educational programs, collaborate cross-functionally with Hemolytic Anemia Specialists, support regional education initiatives, ensure compliance, and document activities in CRM tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years supporting patients, clinical background (nursing or advanced practice), exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to travel up to 50% within the US. Preferred: Hematology or rare disease experience, proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin).
