Title: Senior Institutional Mental Health Account Specialist (Neuroscience – COBENFY)

Position Summary
- Field-based role supporting US commercialization of COBENFY.
- Engage solely with customers at Community Mental Health Centers, Certified Community Behavioral Health Centers, and Hospitals (100% field time).
- Primary responsibility: drive demand for BMS medicines for appropriate patients via differentiated Customer Experience (Cx), deeper scientific dialogue, consistent on-label discussions, and partnering.
- Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders and HCP stakeholders; liaise with Therapeutic Area Specialists (TAS) and Key Account Managers (KAM) to meet HCP needs in a timely, scientific manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly; create demand with balanced clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise; develop and execute territory/account plans; use tools to refine call plans; build hospital relationships (clinical practice, pharmacy dept, P&T committee, influencers) to encourage formulary access/product availability.
- Access/Reimbursement: Understand access/affordability, reimbursement services, and payer/formulary.
- Hospital Dynamics: Understand hospital-based treatment pathways, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary care coordination.
- Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: Use approved resources/publications with medical accuracy; conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns); organize external speaker programs (Speakers Bureau-approved) and manage scheduling/logistics; stay current on emerging data; provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other field teams to ensure best HCP Customer Experience; share insights internally; work with matrix teams on approved promotional programs/hospital initiatives; comply with laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience as healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately and convincingly.
- Demonstrated credibility-building experience with community and hospital customers, office staff, case managers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong account management skills; superior selling competencies; proven track record meeting/exceeding goals.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with a positive, can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience
- Experience in Psychiatry.
- Experience with Community Mental Health Centers, Certified Community Behavioral Health Centers, and Hospitals.
- Experience engaging P&T committee members and knowledge of formulary/reimbursement processes.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Field (United States): US $139,230–$168,714 (plus possible incentive cash/stock based on eligibility).
