Position Summary / Responsibilities
- Drive demand and promote approved COBENFY (schizophrenia) portfolio within a defined territory by meeting compliant sales targets.
- Create demand via balanced clinical/scientific rationale and ongoing product/TA scientific expertise.
- Build/execute territory and account plans; use tools to inform call plans.
- Build hospital relationships (clinical practice, pharmacy, P&T committee and key influencers) to support formulary access/product availability; understand access/affordability, reimbursement, treatment pathways, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary care coordination.
- Deliver fair/scientific dialogue using approved resources; conduct in-office presentations; organize speaker programs.
- Provide real-time medical support via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer experience; share insights internally; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.
- Field-based role: ~100% time engaging customers in Community Mental Health Centers, Certified Community Behavioral Health Centers, and Hospitals.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Accurate communication of clinical/scientific data.
- Proven credibility-building with community/hospital customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding of acute care/hospital systems and institutional treatment dynamics.
- Experience with P&T committees and formulary/reimbursement processes.
- Strong account management, selling competencies, and track record of meeting/exceeding goals.

Preferred Qualifications
- Psychiatry experience.
- Experience with Community Mental Health Centers/Certified Community Behavioral Health Centers/Hospitals.

- US field compensation: $147,560–$178,808; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
