Position Summary
- Execute the BMS customer model to drive adoption of COBENFY for appropriate schizophrenia patients.
- Engage community mental health centers, certified community behavioral health centers, and hospitals; critical member of the hospital launch team.
- Field-based role spending 100% of time in the field engaging customers.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Promotion
- Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand via balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain and grow scientific expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
- Build and execute territory/account plans; promote to HCPs, hospital administrators, key influencers, and ancillary hospital staff.
- Use tools/insights to optimize call plans and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Build hospital relationships to drive formulary access/product availability.
- Understand access/affordability, reimbursement, payer/formulary, and hospital treatment pathways/discharge planning.
Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
- Present approved scientific resources with medical accuracy; conduct in-office presentations consistent with label.
- Organize approved external speaker programs.
- Stay current on emerging data for approved indications.
- Use Medical on Call to answer unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally.
- Work with matrix teams on compliant promotional programs/hospital initiatives.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience (healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse).
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Proven credibility with community and hospital customers, office staff, and case managers; customer-centric mindset.
- Psychiatry experience (preferred).
- Community mental health centers/certified centers/hospitals experience (preferred).
- Understanding of acute care/hospital/healthcare systems and institutional treatment dynamics.
- Experience with P&T committees; formulary and reimbursement process knowledge.
- Strong account management, selling skills, and track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration mindset.
