Position: Senior Institutional Mental Health Account Specialist (COBENFY)

Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications within a defined territory/region to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by articulating clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build/maintain scientific expertise; develop and execute territory/account plans.
- Use tools to inform call plans; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Build relationships in hospitals (clinical practice, pharmacy, P&T committee) to support formulary access and product availability.
- Understand hospital reimbursement/access, payer/formulary, and hospital treatment pathways/discharge planning/multidisciplinary care.
- Deliver fair & balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; host presentations and speaker programs.
- Maintain expertise on emerging data; support real-time medical questions via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and comply with all laws/regulations/policies.

Required/Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately.
- Demonstrated credibility-building with community/hospital customers and patient-care network.
- Preferred: Psychiatry experience; experience with Community Mental Health Centers/Certified Community Behavioral Health Centers/Hospitals.
- Experience with P&T committees; formulary and reimbursement.
