Responsibilities:
- Promote approved BMS indications within a defined territory to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by clearly communicating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Build/maintain deep scientific expertise; develop and execute territory/account plans.
- Use tools/insights to drive dynamic call planning; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- In hospitals: build relationships across clinical practice, pharmacy, and P&T committee to support formulary access/product availability.
- Understand access/affordability, reimbursement, and hospital treatment pathways/discharge planning.
- Deliver fair, balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; conduct in-office presentations and organize speaker programs.
- Maintain expertise on emerging data; support unsolicited questions via Medical on Call.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., TAS, KAM) and ensure compliance with relevant laws/regulations/policies.
Qualifications & Experience (Required unless noted):
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to physicians.
- Proven credibility with community and hospital customers and patient-care stakeholders.
- Strong account management, selling, and record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional effectiveness; positive, can-do mindset.
- Psychiatry experience (preferred).
- Experience with community mental health centers/certified centers and hospitals (preferred).
