Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Role: Support HR strategy and employee relations as Senior HR Business Partner within a biopharma context, focusing on aligning HR practices with business goals. Responsibilities: partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, compensation, recruitment, and organizational development; lead projects on talent management, learning initiatives, and HR trend analysis; ensure compliance with labor legislation and policies; provide coaching and mentoring; report on HR metrics like turnover. Requirements: Bachelor's in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related; 10+ years HR experience with 8+ years in HR Business Partner roles supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments; HR certifications (preferred). High-Value: experience supporting large teams in biotech or pharma, familiarity with GxP, regulatory compliance, and high-growth settings; onsite in El Segundo, CA, with travel as needed.
