Senior HR Partner

Role: Senior HR Business Partner supporting Clinical and Regulatory functions, focusing on organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement within a biopharma environment. Responsibilities: act as a trusted advisor to leaders, manage HR projects, partner with talent acquisition and managers on workforce planning, onboarding, retention, and leadership development; champion HR initiatives like training and performance management; coach leaders, address performance issues, and ensure policy consistency; advise employees on benefits; source talent for hard-to-fill roles; conduct orientation and facilitate meetings. Requirements: BA/BS in business or related field, 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years as a strategic partner, and 2+ years working with C-level executives; experience in life sciences preferred. Skills: data-driven decision-making, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS, HRIS, excellent communication, strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, confidentiality, and customer-centric approach.
