Responsibilities:
- Oversee development of HCP tactics and ensure delivery to customers; monitor tactics for effectiveness.
- Develop and update marketing materials aligned with marketing strategy and business objectives (e.g., branded websites, interactive visual aids, sales brochures).
- Translate scientific/clinical insights into compelling, compliant HCP messaging and materials.
- Analyze digital and print usage metrics for performance reporting and future updates across brands.
- Manage agency partners to stay within budget and deliver on time.
- Collaborate with brand leaders to ensure metrics are in place to measure impact in the field.
- Drive assets through the internal Communications Review Committee process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the field, Medical Affairs, Patient Marketing, and disease education teams.
- Ensure consistent messaging across channels and tailor communications to HCP needs and practice settings.
Required Knowledge/Skills:
- Understand brand strategy and how to execute it.
- Broad understanding of regulatory rules; direct experience with communications review committee.
- Ownership/accountability for projects; know when to escalate issues.
- Use insights to inform tactics, business problems, and opportunities.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or closely related fields (e.g., pharmaceutical sales, ad agency).
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA/MPH/PharmD or similar preferred.
- Typically 6+ years in healthcare/biopharmaceutical marketing, consulting, or agency experience, with supervisory/management experience.
