Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative solutions for continuous process improvement
- Support Artwork Transformation
- Provide high level file management and computer systems support
- Read and interpret packaging component specification drawings
- Maintain an electronic library of artwork files for product components and product prescribing information
- Provide total technical support of MAC systems and expertise in graphic arts design, functionality, electronic issues, etc.
- Prepare artwork for multiple sites (domestic/international) aligned with site or vendor print production needs
- Create pharmaceutical product labeling artwork for the U.S. & Canada in accordance with government agency regulations
- Ensure accuracy using regulatory text, technical layouts (specifications), and product-specific graphics; track projects to completion and meet strict deadlines
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in graphic design
- 3+ years of hands-on experience producing pharmaceutical packaging artwork in a regulated environment
- Strong technical knowledge of FDA labeling regulations, GMP standards, and MAC-based production systems
Technical Skills:
- Experience with production pharmaceutical packaging, printing technology, drug labeling regulations, electronic art preparation, and computer skills
- Strong organizational skills; ability to complete multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Strong experience with Adobe Suite, including Illustrator
Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented; emphasizes accuracy and high-quality deliverables
- Strong interpersonal skills; communicate cross-functionally (verbal and written)
- Proactive in solving and troubleshooting artwork development issues

Location:
- Flexibility to be based near Sanofi facilities: Morristown, Swiftwater, Cambridge, or Northborough
