Position Summary:
The Senior Graphic Designer is the hands-on design lead for Tilray Beverages brand portfolio, translating brand strategy into packaging, retail, campaign, and digital work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design primary packaging, secondary packaging, and point-of-sale materials across the brand portfolio, from concept through print-ready mechanicals.
- Prepare and review dielines, color builds, and production files with print vendors; support press approvals.
- Extend and steward brand identity systems (typography, color, illustration, photography direction) across all touchpoints.
- Partner with brand managers on new product launches and seasonal releases.
- Develop integrated campaign assets across social, digital, e-commerce, out-of-home, experiential activations, and point-of-sale (on/off-premise).
- Support digital and social with on-brand content (including motion/animated formats).
- Art-direct photo/video shoots (shot lists, on-set direction, selection/retouching of final imagery).
- Build templated toolkits and guidelines for regional/customer marketing localization.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects; flag timeline risks and negotiate scope.
- Brief/review freelancers, agency partners, and junior designers with constructive feedback.
- Maintain organized, well-named working files and an asset library.
- Route work through legal/regulatory/label-compliance review and build requirements from the start.

Qualifications:
Required:
- 6+ years graphic design experience (in-house or agency), including consumer packaged goods.
- Portfolio showing conceptual range and finished craft across packaging and campaign work.
- Expert Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Working knowledge of print production (color separations, substrates, pre-press).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear communication; able to present and defend creative rationale.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/visual communications or equivalent experience.

Preferred:
- Experience collaborating with fellow designers on shared file servers.
- Experience in beer/beverage/spirits or other regulated categories (label/alcohol marketing).
- Experience building/documenting brand identity systems and asset toolkits for distributed teams.
- Strong packaging experience (dielines, folding structures, printing techniques, retail merchandising).
- Esko experience for packaging renders.
- Illustration/hand-lettering skills.
- Plus: photography, videography, motion graphics, or web design.
