Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of the annual Global Value & Implementation (V&I) plan for assigned Therapeutic Areas with focus on the US.
- Serve as SME/connector across therapeutic areas; translate global science into Medical Value Narratives and align with country stakeholders (medical advisors, payers, scientific leaders) to support data generation, congress planning, and advisory boards.
- Represent GMSA within Product Development sub-teams (Clinical, V&I, Commercial, Publications, Label); communicate with leadership to inform country/regional planning.
- Partner with V&I Outcomes Research, Policy, Commercial, and Market Access to identify/address opportunities and barriers in key countries.
- Consolidate actionable medical insights from countries/regions; engage international scientific leaders and stakeholders; monitor external environment with competitive intelligence.
- Organize global expert input events, symposia, and educational meetings; support local data generation concepts/protocols.
- Review investigator-initiated study proposals and serve on TA-specific MISP review panels.
- Manage programs to support safe utilization; champion Ways of Working and patient impact.
- Manage assigned budget with financial stewardship (delivery within 3% variance).
Required Qualifications:
- M.D., Ph.D., or Pharm.D.; recognized medical/scientific expertise.
- Experience in country/region medical affairs or clinical development.
- Strong prioritization/decision-making; matrix collaboration; excellent interpersonal/analytical/communication skills; results-oriented project management.
Preferred:
- 3+ years regional medical affairs (e.g., Regional Director Medical Affairs).
- Stakeholder expertise in genitourinary cancers.
