Senior Financial Analyst (San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico)
Responsibilities:
- Provide finance leadership and decision support to operations and all functional departments
- Own and drive monthly and quarterly close processes; ensure deliverables are accurate and timely
- Perform monthly BVA analysis; prepare and submit financial dashboards and manufacturing PL
- Perform analytics for business cases, changes to manufacturing models, and new product introductions
- Analyze P&L and Cost of Production accounts to provide financial insight
- Lead Annual Business Plan activities and other forecast cycles, including submissions in the planning system
- Identify risks/opportunities and develop strategies to influence and enhance plant operations/business activities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP requirements for quarterly closes and audits; work with Global Audit and Assurance (GAA) and PWC as required
- Provide robust, consistent, and timely financial reporting to senior leadership
- Support ad-hoc projects and requests for Business and Finance Leadership
- Participate in implementation of process improvements/standardization of activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required (prefer Accounting/Finance)
- 3+ years of professional Finance experience required
- CPA/CMA/MBA a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Expert applying accounting/financial concepts, practices, and techniques
- Knowledge of computer software packages (Excel, PowerPoint, General Ledger) preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, VLOOKUP) preferred
- SAP experience strongly preferred
- Pharmaceutical/medical device/consumer products industry experience preferred
- Prior supply chain experience preferred
- Self-motivated, team-oriented; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain flexible, work extra hours, prioritize, and respond to changing business needs
- Ability to recommend/implement process improvements, work with minimal supervision, and manage multiple tasks
- Based in San Lorenzo, PR; may require up to 10% travel
