Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in life sciences preferred; minimum 5 years healthcare or pharmaceutical experience, with at least 2 years in patient support or education; clinical backgrounds such as nursing or social work considered equivalent. Senior role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5 in patient support. High-Value: rare neurological disease (Rett syndrome), patient education, caregiver engagement, field-based support, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: territory coverage in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle, Portland, Boise), with up to 70% travel, including in-person and virtual interactions.
