Senior Employee Relations Partner

Role: Senior Employee Relations Partner serving as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and organizational change. Responsibilities: manage escalated ER cases from intake to resolution, conduct investigations, partner with Legal on sensitive issues, coach managers on performance and conduct, advise on risk mitigation and compliance, and develop ER strategies based on data analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years handling complex ER issues; preferred Master’s or advanced degree, 10+ years HR experience, and expertise in employment law and risk assessment.
