Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual company sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction within the geographic area.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with key executives and decision makers; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage; update contract information.
- Provide regular feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges early and create plans to address gaps; work with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Analyze team performance and sales/territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach and counsel direct reports to maximize performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and uphold high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; share “Best Practices” across the district; serve as liaison with home office/district to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing, accountable team environment; foster a solution-oriented, winning vision with strategic and immediate-results focus.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade Regional Director direction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Ability to travel 60–70% (including overnight).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record; authorization/ability to drive a company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience; medical devices or other healthcare products sales experience.

Salary Range:
- $164,000 – $246,000.
