Position Summary:
Senior District Business Manager (DBM) leads and coaches a team of ~10 Therapeutic Area Specialists (TASs) to drive adoption of BMS Psychiatry (Neuroscience-COBENFY) medicines and generate demand; executes business/account planning and champions digital tools (e.g., Medical on Call, CE^3).

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop TASs to support COBENFY launch.
- Coach TASs on scientific engagement, selling skills, and digital capability use; conduct ride-alongs for key HCPs per plan.
- Own TAS learning journey; drive continuous improvement in core skills/behaviors.
- Champion adoption of CE^3 analytics and content personalization; role model tool usage and insights sharing.
- Use CE^3 insights to guide call planning and preparation.
- Convene field team for feedback, change leadership, and adoption of new ways of working.
- Execute strategic planning (promo/budget/HCP prioritization) and develop key account strategies.
- Ensure continuous customer experience improvement.
- Lead district financial/program planning.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 10+ years pharmaceutical/related industry experience.
- Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams; recruiting/developing/retaining talent.
- Analytical skills, selling skills, business acumen, and pharma value chain knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Neuropsychiatry environment knowledge and industry trends.
- 5+ years as a District Business Manager in pharmaceutical sales (or equivalent team leadership).
- Pharma reimbursement/access/distribution experience.
- Coaching mindset, customer/commercial mindset, scientific agility, change agility, analytical mindset, digital mindset, and ability to lead across matrix.
- Field-based role; about 4 days/week in the field.
